How To Rent with Cision Property Management

Get started today with our easy and fast online application process to becoming a new renter with Cision Property Management.

Step 1. Find Your Perfect Home!

Search our currently available homes by clicking here. 

Step 2. Qualify!

Review our Rental Qualifications to learn what is required prior to leasing your home.

Step 3. Contact Us/View Home!

View the listing of the home to find out which Real Estate Referral Partner you can call for questions and to schedule a viewing of the home.

Step 4. Apply!

Click the “Apply Now” button on the property listing you are interested in and complete our Secure Online Application form.

* Application fees are required for each occupant over 18 years of age. These fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application. Applications are reviewed and processed through our online system and multiple applications may be received at any given time. An application may take up to 2 business days to process and receive approval from reporting services i.e. criminal background check and credit history.

After You Apply:

You’ll pay your holding fee. 

Holding fees are taken on a first-come, first-served basis

The first person to pay the holding fee takes the home off the market.

The applicant who successfully secures the home will be sent a Welcome Packet!

*Holding fee will only take the home off the market for 30 days. The holding fee is fully refundable within the first 48 hours of payment.

You’ll make sure the home is move-in ready. 

You may have already toured the home with the Referral Partner, but we want to make sure the home is up to your standards. You will now have 3 days (from the date you place your holding fee) to assess the home to make note of any immediate repairs necessary.

We will then have a maximum of 30 days to fix the necessary repairs.

If there are extenuating circumstances with these homes, you will be offered another option or a full refund.

The Real Estate Referral Partner will be able to guide you through this process.

Utilities:

Pursuant to the terms of your lease, resident(s) are required to transfer and take all financial responsibility for all utility services at the above listed address including, but not limited to:

  • Electricity
  • Gas
  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Trash Removal Service

Resident Responsibilities:

Renting a single-family home means more freedom, space, privacy, and enjoyment; it also means responsibility.

A major upside of renting is that when something goes wrong, it’s not always your financial responsibility. At Cision Property Management, we take care of the major stuff that can happen, but that doesn’t mean you’re off the hook.

Renting a home means that you are responsible for the routine upkeep of your home. This includes things like landscape maintenance, pest control, and winterizing your home. These could be items that you may not have considered or been aware of while living elsewhere, such as in an apartment.
